Dr. Howie Carson is a qualified PGA Professional Specialist Coach, BASES accredited Interdisciplinary Sport and Exercise Scientist, and Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. He teaches motor control and applied sport science at the undergraduate level and supervises Ph.D. students in applied motor control, coach education, and dance science.
Dr. Carson has consulted with various national governing bodies in the fields of golf, cricket, motorsports, winter sports, and ballet.
His research interests include motor skill development, translational research design and talent development in applied sport and dance science.
