Dr. Arne Güllich is the head of the sports science department at the Technical University of Kaiserslautern, in Germany. He’s published over 100 peer-reviewed articles. His Areas of focus include youth sport, talent development and elite sports, and sports development and sports organizations. Dr. Güllich has experience coaching at the junior and Olympic levels. He also worked in the German Olympic Sports Confederation focusing on talent development.
